Session -3: Wastewater Treatment- Types of Treatment methodologies and Technological aspects, Primary, 2ndary/Biological and Tertiary Treatment Technologies with objectives, Parameters removed and equipment used.

Session 4: Primary Treatment- Screening, Grit Removal, O&G Removal, Coagulation – Flocculation, Sedimentation/Clarification Lesson Learning/ Interactive session/Group Activities

Session -4– Tertiary and Advance Treatment Technologies for Recycling and Reuse, ZLD Concept, Real life Case study Examples leading to ZLD Lesson Learning/ Interactive session/Group Activities

Mr. Yogen Parikh is a former Associate Director – Environmental Engineering at Jacobs Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, with over 45 years of professional experience. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the USA. Mr. Parikh has served as President of the Indian Environmental Association and Chairman of the Environment, Health and Safety Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is an active member of several professional organizations. His extensive expertise covers all major areas of environmental engineering, including Environmental Impact Assessments, water and wastewater treatment, air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, water distribution and sewage collection systems, risk assessments, and environmental audits.
